2. Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of data depending on your consent choices:
a) Contact form submissions
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone number, message). This data is processed to respond to your enquiry and is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil that purpose.
b) Analytics data (with consent)
If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, time on site, referring source, and device type. This helps us improve our website and understand how visitors use it.
c) Advertising data (with consent)
If you consent to advertising cookies, Google Ads may store cookies to measure ad conversions and personalise advertisements. This includes the ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization parameters under Google Consent Mode v2.
d) Anonymous aggregate analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregate performance data. This service does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual users across sessions. It operates under our legitimate interest in maintaining website performance and reliability (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Google Consent Mode v2
This website implements Google Consent Mode v2 (Advanced) to control how Google tags behave based on your consent choices. The four consent parameters we manage are:
analytics_storage— controls analytics cookiesad_storage— controls advertising cookiesad_user_data— controls sending user data to Google for adsad_personalization— controls ad personalisation features
All four parameters default to denied until you make a consent choice. When denied, Google tags send only cookieless pings (no personal data) to support aggregate conversion modelling.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
- Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) — Analytics and advertising cookies are only activated when you explicitly grant consent via the cookie banner.
- Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — Vercel Web Analytics (anonymous aggregate data, no cookies, no personal data) and storing your consent preferences in local storage.
- Contractual necessity (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) — Processing contact form submissions to respond to your enquiry.
6. Managing & Withdrawing Consent
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by:
- Clicking “Cookie Settings” in the website footer to reopen the consent banner
- Using the “Manage preferences” option on the cookie banner to toggle analytics and advertising categories independently
- Clearing your browser’s local storage or cookies for this domain
When you revoke consent, we immediately update Google tags to stop collecting the corresponding data. Any cookies already set by Google will expire according to their standard retention periods.
7. Third-Party Data Sharing
We share data with the following third parties, only as described above and only when you have given consent (where required):
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads via Google Consent Mode v2. Google processes data under its own privacy policies. See Google Privacy Policy.
